Kate has been with Fit Republic for over 10 years. Her bubbly, welcoming, infectious nature is something so many admire. She spends most of her time behind reception, making sure everything is running smoothly.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

She has two beautiful young children and manages to split her time between being a mum to them and to the Fit Republic family.

Kate is an advocate for all things health & fitness. She stayed fit, healthy & active the whole way through both of her pregnancies and still took her regular group fitness classes (modified of course).
