Nutter butter protein balls

A quick and easy snack for on the go

Ingredients

1 cup almond butter

1/2 cup oats

1 tbs honey

1 tbs coconut oil

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup desiccated coconut EXTRA for rolling

1/2 cup protein powder (we used Macro Mike

Method

Mix all of the ingredients together and roll them into balls – use the extra coconut for coating the balls. Will store in the fridge for 7 days or in the freezer for up to a month.
